I app**** for a game card..got approved get messages that I must collect my card.been at Acornhoek mall game 3 times there's only one lady working with the cards and she does not work on a Sunday. I'm working Monday to Saturday after calling the client services for making arrangements to go and collect my card at a convenient time I was told I must respect their working hours and I must try harder to get my card .
