Stop supporting Soweto businesses. No respect for customer service
Why do Black Friday sale if you don’t have capacity. Standing in a que for almost 30 minutes. You complain to the employees they look at you and the gossip. Supporting Soweto business is a curse: that’s why we prefer to drive for better service: shut down this nonsense store. Last I complained to head office about Jabulani mall manager and till today there’s no feedback

27 Nov 2024, 15:33Even the last time o complained about being insulted by their manager and Nothing was done. Or feedback was recieved. Last time a whole manager insulted me and till this day no feedback. I asked to speak to the manager and he walked away and said wait there while he pushed trolleys refusing to talk to me. I even said it’s okay I’ll complain online if you can’t listen to me. That Game store is a whole circus of Soweto disrespectful employees thinking we are their siblings or boyfriends and girlfriends.
