STOP HARRASSING ME AND DO YOUR JOB...POOR SERVICE!!!

I had an account with Game and paid it off and for a while i had not been using it. I have never defaulted on paypments and made sure my name and account is kept up to date. In January 2021, i wrote to them to say they must close the account and never got a response. The account continued gaining interest and i phoned counteless times to try and get this account closed ***) and have been getting calls from agents and still nothing has been done. eventually i spoke to Amy who referred me to her team leader Kaashif who said they would write off the amount and send me a paid up letter by end of business day and that did not happen. That was on 29/01/21 ref number ACT-978777-S1Z7R2. Again i got a call from another agent Vijay on 12/3/21 ref *** and explained myself again and wrote another email to rcs and no one responded. I am tired of being harrassed by Game and i have asked them to refer to the recorded message of 29/01/21 where Kaashif said she would send me a paid up letter and close the account and no one is willing to listen! !!!!! Please STOP HARRASSING ME WITH COUNTLESS CALLS AND DO YOUR JOB. THE RECORDINGS ARE THERE, LISTEN TO THEM!
