Firstly the did not contact us for updates about our awaiting Washing Machine that I bought on the 28th August. Secondly Game Resources in Game Bloed Mall are unprofessional Thirdly Bad customer Service Fourth showing no concern about the impact this issue have on both the customer and the store.
