Stinking Service

On the 24th November I bought a chest fridge which was on special at Century City Branch, I was assisted by Jankpersadh Nundkumar. It was confirmed that my fridge will be delivered by the 27th November 2017. My husband contacted your branch on the 29th November after not receiving the fridge and he was informed that the fridge was out of stock, he must bring the slip for a full refund. He went to the store on the 30th November for refund and miraculously the fridge was now available and he was informed that it will be delivered on the 1st December. Now what ****es me off more is that we received our groceries from our end year stockvel which consisted of meat worth R1500, I have been saving for this groceries for the whole year and that is just for meat only. Now I had to throw the meat away and other groceries, that was my hard earned money. I am disgusted by the way you are treating us. WHEN ARE YOU DELIVERING MY FRIDGE, AND I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
