Stinking customer service and bad attitude

Bad customer service at Game Bloed Mall. only 1 assistant available at the customer service desk which whom takes forever to help customers and clueless most of the time of what they are doing. the person responsible for deliveries is forever on lunch and nowhere to be found. maybe if a white person is being appointed at that store it might function better.
