Stinking attitude from a Customer Services Agent - Rosemary Salie @ Game Canal Walk Store

I had an awful experience earlier today, 21 May 2021 at Canal Walk Game store's Customer Services desk.

A woman by the name of Rosemary Salie has a big awful attitude with UGLY SARCASIM, especially for someone at service desk. I by the way, made it known to her that I neither appreciated nor I needed her ****** sarcasim.

I went to the store with a small Logic fan heater, for which I needed simple help. In my mind, that just needed a man, as the heater itself is not faulty. It fell and the face (black front cover) fell off and now needs to be placed back.

So the old woman told me they don't repair Logic brand and if I don't have a slip there is nothing they could do. "I can throw it away if I want to." What is this?

After this encounter I left speechless. I just did not have the enthusiasm to engage at that level, with someone who is clearly not mature enough to deal with Customers and resolve or advise or channel a customer appropriately. Something I at least expected.
