Still want my refund

It's a second time am writing here complaining about Game Vincent Park East London! If l can tell you the truth i didn't enjoy my TV i bought to them at all, after i bought it i only watch it for 5 months nd it gone blank i took it back to them for repairs that took a month after it came back it only took a week nd back to square1 I took it back to the store again they book it for refund(they said so) they say it wl only take 1week but now its almost a month nd now they are not taking my calls nd its so disgusting 😡😡😡😡😡
