STILL WAITING ON PRODUCT SINCE APRIL!!

<p>I wrote a review here around April regarding a radox special they had in april where you woud buy 1 300ml radox stress relief or muscle soak foam bath and get 1 free for R18.99. I received a call from a manager from Zewenwacht mall saying they had not received stock, i kept getting calls from them, i went to the store number of times, and been at information desk and an indian man says each time, there is no stock. I have not heard anything from Game Zewenwacht since a couple of calls from them , till today. No calls, no sms. I NEED SOMETHING TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS. ITS PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WORK IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE MYSELF, AND WE DON'T TREAT OUR CUSTOMER'S LIKE THIS. I AM A CUSTOMER, I BUY EVERY MONTH FROM GAME, I WAS PROMISED A REIGN CHECK ON A CERTAIN PRODUCT WHICH I NEEDED BECAUSE THEY HAD NO STOCK, NOW AM LEFT WITH NO PRODUCT, NO COMMUNICATION. ITS FROM APRIL AND WE ARE NOW IN JULY STILL NOTHING FROM GAME. I NEED GAME TO ATTEND TO THIS AND NOW ITS NOT EVEN ABOUT THE PRODUCT, ITS THE PRINCIPLE. YOU DO NOT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER'S LIKE THIS. ITS DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC!!!!!!</p>
