Still waiting on my order placed on the 29th November

I placed my order more than 7 days ago on the 29th of November. No one keeps me updated with the progress unless I make contact. Friday they advised that the order has been dispatched to value express and i should use my order number( which is wrong) to track it. I finally made contact with them and they advised that i need a way bill number from Game canal walk. I am unable to make contact with them and the customer service agent could also note make contact. The service is terrible and disgusting, you have my R10k and now you could not care any further.
