STILL WAITING FOR REFUND FOR 4 MONTHS SINCE APRIL

I purchased a printer in April. It wasnt delivered for 3 weeks and i cancelled the order and received a cancellation number. Game proceeded to courier the item. When i alerted the online office, they indicated i should not accept receipt of the item. After 3 weeks game acknowledges return of item and requests my bank details. On 24 June they indicated the money would be in my account in 3 days. I contacted them mid July as the money was not paid and sent proof my bank account. They would then expedite the matter. Today is 30 July, they have all the documents and i still dont have my money. Its been FOUR MONTHS AND CONTACTING THE CALL CENTRE IS A WASTE OF TIME.
