Still waiting for my order

Online order placed on 1 May for delivery. The delivery was delivered in 2 parts. I tried calling the call centre and no one can seem to find the items linked to this order. While they put us on hold the call gets cuts.

We now getting confirmation the order is at the warehouse they cant tell us when the items will be collected from the warehouse or the new arrival date
