Still waiting for Manager to contact me and for my goods to be delivered.

Hi Rina from Game. Thank you for your kind response dated 15 April 2020. I have been waiting to be contacted By the Senior Manager you referenced on your response. To add my goods have not been delivered. 72 hours has come and gone just like the 3 to 5 days that has come and gone. I await your response and to be contacted so that i either get my money back.. Or my goods.
