still waiting for feedback on my complaint from Douglas

I had such a terrible experience with Game Canal Walk their service is putrid and the management does not take accountability for their staff the staff are ranked higher than management because they can not fulfill direct instruction from management, I'm still waiting for Douglas and Felix to contact me from the 3-7-2024.

i got a call from Douglas saying Mark Sasa the RM will not contact me even though I asked for that and even worse he is being ****ey saying do you want my manager's name and e-mail like they have a just don't care attitude.
