Still waiting for a machine I purchased cash.

On the 24th of november ( black friday) I bought a 9kg samsung top loader which was R1999 on special. The sales person at Game Paarl. Told me the stock is at the warehouse it will take 2-5 days. I have been there several times only to find out they still waiting for stock not even an apology from him whatsoever. The sad part is I have spent a lot of money on transport for the people who take me there to "pick up my product" now they telling me it can take months, they don't know how long. They offering my money back which I don't want at all. Its not my problem that they put something on special thay they know they fo not have, knowing that theirs gonna be a high demand, seeing that its not gonna be that price again. I am so disapointed in Game heads offices and not the store staff, seeing that its on order and they have my number. Otherwise I want a other machine 9kg which they have. I am desperate and borrowed the money that day to buy it. I have cancelled so many plans thinking that they gonna deliver or something. Now they claiming that Samsung is the delay, however I don't see how is that Samsungs problem in the first place.... I am very, very upset and was so excited to use our first washing maching, no my father and I have to still struggle.
