Still stuck with a PVC Door with no door frame clamps

On the 16th October, I received a call from a Gentleman named Adrian regarding the issue I raised on Hello Peter. His email reads as follows: As discussed this matter will be escalated to management as soon as pictures are provided of the item.

Now question is who do I send the pictures to? I've tried to request him to send through his email so I could email the pictures up until this day, I haven't received any correspondence from him. On my side I made numerous attempt to call back the number that was used by him but had no luck in getting through. I'm still stuck with a PVC with no clamps which I had bought from Game.
