Good Day

On Saturday 24 February 2018 I purchased the Samsung bundle deal which consisted on the 55inch smart curved Samsung FHD + Samsung blue ray home theatre system for R10 999 at Game Kenilworth Centre.

When I purchased this deal I was informed that the store did not have stock of the Samsung blue ray home theatre system but would be acquiring stock on Wednesday 28 February 2018. After numerous calls made by me to the store enquiring when I will be receiving my home theatre system that I have paid for I was informed that there is still no stock! How long does it take Game to get stock?

This delay has passed my patient stage now and I require answers and a date as to when it will be available as I am not reaping the full benefits of what I paid for.

Its Monday 05 March 2018, 8 days has passed and still NO indication on when I will be receiving my home theatre system.

Can someone please provide me with feedback as soon as possible.
