Still No response from the email I sent

I purchased a TV from you guys and its not doing what it is supposed too. I was in your store and checked out the one I bought there and it simply does not play like the one in your shop does. The colors are very dark and I think I will have it a year sometime soon now. I feel its a risk bringing my TV in. What if it gets damaged what if I or someone drops it. Will you give me a new TV? I think this is not acceptable. I had LG here as well, they came with the magic remote and they tuned a few settings and the picture is just very dark or just not right? Your consultant at the game store advised that it could be the backlight that is faulty, could it be defected and I have it less than a year.
