Still no response!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order online(Game website) for a Discovery camp chair and Magneto Lantern LED emergency light on 09 March and the delivered on 11 March. Upon receival of my goods I tested if the light was working and it was, but when I immediately charged it, the red light was not coming on to show that it was charging. I then went to my nearest game store at Jabulani Mall and was told by Amanda - Tevo employee that she cannot assist because I made the purchase online and they were out of stock. Managers were called and Felicity Mekgwe(Lala) was very kind and willing to assist. They then called another store manager someone with the surname along the lines of Gunguluza who said we must come to him, only to find him flirting with 3 ladies for Chicken Licken at the same mall. He literally told me to go to Cradle Stone Mall to get assistance, of which I live in Soweto... No sense at all. I understand they had load shedding at the time but Amanda was not willing to assist because I made the purchase online. I mean I paid for deliver and now I have to drive all the way to another mall for a replacement??? I had to suggest to them to make calls to the nearest Game store (Mall of the South) which they did but the customer service was disgusting... SIES!!.. With the exception of Felicity. I could go on and on with my experience but, this should be addressed. PLEASE!!!!
