Still no Fund!!

Very disappointed in your services!! I ordered 50 drinks for my function and was promised it will be delivered but i never received my order! I lost a lot of money cause I had to cancel my function because of Game!!

I also got an email 2 weeks back from a Kim Smith asking for my bank details which i provided, up until today to feedback from her and these people simply just dont respond on your emails!!

Than i cancelled my order cause didn't need it anymore, i than have to phone them and sending emails!! Wasting my time and airtime. Every time its a different agent than you have to explain yourself over again!! This is so frustrating!! They said 3 to 5 working days i will get my refund nut when i called to follow up again i was told 7 to 14 working days!! Than i got a call from a coulord guy say that he will put it through now for payment and sent proof of payment up until today i never received a proof of payment and never received my money!! And i need that money because its December!! Its been 2 weeks now!! Still no REFUND!!

Will never recommend anyone to purchase online their Services is pathetic!!
