still no delivery!!!

I purchased a washing machine on Monday morning and was advised it would be delivered the same day i was assured this would happen as no one would be home during the rest of the week to accept delivery<br> i waited at home all day for this delivery which did not happen! I then called the store at 16:00pm <br> and was advised by the guy whom answered that my washing machine was dispatched and is on the road with the driver and\ not to be alarmed if they deliver at 19:30 as this has happened with previous customers "which was fine with me as i took off work to be home to receive this thing i told the guy no one would be home the rest of the week but was once again assured that it would definitely be delivered.<br> so why would i be surprised that it still has not been delivered two days later and no one has even called us to let us know what is going on? is this normal behavior for game ? you just forget about your customers after the sale is done ? does customer service even exist with your company because this is appalling for a huge company like yourselves """
