Still dont assist after asking Callcentre for their advice - STILL GET IGNORED?

Nobody phone you back as promised, i am waiting for TWO call centre employees to phone me back as promised...

no supervisor as per an employee i spoke to (if you need the name it was send on the email to Game) on floor to take my call at 08.04.2024 @10:19 - was on hold with an employee and someone dropped the line?

my parcels say DO NOT DELIVER ON WEEKENDS - as per the advised I received from a previous complaint to game but still you deliver on weekends then I battle to get my stock, do I not use you in future??? as I took your instructions how to not to get parcels on weekends, yet this still happens?????

i need both my orders urgently delivered in this WEEK!!!!!! 10 minutes before delivery is not a heads up ON SMS, even on my address is says clearly DO NOT DELIVER ON WEEKENDS?????? WHERE IS MY STOCK????PLEASE ADVICE ASAP
