Still awaiting the correct cellphone model

I wrote a review recently on 04/03/21 regarding a Game salesperson trying to sell me a wrong cellphone whilst insisting the model number was correct which was not. I received a call from Game N1 city from Chester saying they have the correct model available, which I then arranged to fetch today. However, when I queried further if it was the model advertised on promotion I realised that it was not. The model is the Samsung Galaxy A31 dual sim. She only has the single sim model which is a cheaper model. The other model is apparently out of stock. Sorry Game, but this is bait marketing. You certainly are trying to fool the customer and do not take the Consumer Protection Act seriously. I am really considering lodging a formal complaint against you at the CPA.
