*****ing from customers paying for ther order to enrich themselves wth no customer support at all

On the 29th of December 2021 I ordered X6 pritt glue sticks packs from Game online. Place my order and paid for the items. It was supossed to take 7 business days to be delivered but it was a nightmare all the way. To cut a long story short my order finally came today while I was in a meeting. My step-daughter received the delivery and gave the sealed packet to me. When i opened it and started counting there was only 5 packs and not the 6 I have paid for. The order cam from Game Stores N1 City and clearly someone there can't count pass 5. I called the call centre number to follow up like the hundred time this month. They called the store no answer, I was promised a call back but no call. No customer support agent from Game online call you back they just lie and drop the call. I want my 6th items to be brought to me personally by the manager this person reporting to who packed the wrong number of items. My order number is ***. Please have a look at how paying customers is treated by customer support. Please fire all of these people and recruit new one as they clearly do not do their work or call you back with an update
