Staying true to the brand and Motto

First of all: This is a Compliment AND Complaint.<br> <br> I bought an Xbox One yesterday from Game Empangeni, and let me say this: Great product, great price. I was planning on buying the console from a rival store but the floor manager Andre had no problem giving me an even better deal and I walked away with a smile after receiving my console(I already told my friend about the great service and he is planning on buying himself a TV and an Xbox one from Game as well today).<br> <br> Now my complaint. It's not the first time I have complained about this, but the attitude of the SALES people is absolutely pathetic. The sales guy from the electronics department(he's a young, slim guy) completely ignored me, for a full five minutes, not telling me to wait a bit or greeted me. He couldn't smile during the entire process when I was getting my xbox, he had absolutely no passion for his job, his customers, or regards for service.<br> <br> There's a golden fact that I myself follow in the industry I'm in:Customers pay your salary, they drive your store and business, they are the reason your store is open everyday. (also why I take customer service seriously)<br> <br> All I'm asking for is a smile.
