Stay away you pay and if you don't follow up nothing gets said..

Stay away... no wonder they closing stores....We ordered an item on games online platform. It showed one in stock and we placed the order we received an email confirming our order and that it will be delivered on the 26th of April today is the 28th and no delivery. Phoned to find out what is going on and get told that they ran out of stock..... So they then say ok they will see if they can find one in the shops and will get back to us in an our...three hours later I phone them still no solution, I phone again and no solution, I then start phoning the stores to see who has and find stock. Phone them back and they say they will move it to that store so I can go collect. Next thing I get and email saying that they have processed our refund.... ***... How can you sell something that you don't have stock of this is pethetic.....
