Stay away from Game,they don't take their customers serious

I bought a gas stove that was advertised at Game website for online and instore..the special was for the 1st of july only...i made an online purchase at 00:05 ,my money was debited same time and i was given order number and delivery date.During the same day around 16:50 i recieved an email saying that i will get a refund..I phoned their customer service and they said they would escalate the matter...then they phoned me on the 5th July telling that they don't have stock...I'm ****ed about their customer service
