Stay away from Game online orders!

Why did I not read the reviews on Game online before I used them? Absolutely pathetic service. I received part of an order and have been trying for 3 days now to find out what happened to the other item. Email, phone call, online chat - they all have a different story. And my item is in the wind. If I cancel the order now, it will probably take forever to get my money back, so I am stuck.
