Stay away from game Mystore credit card

No matter how broke you are stay away from game Mystore credit card. I made an online purchase last month with mystore card n transaction said failed but unfortunately I got debited on my card called them and i was told to wait for 24hours and I called after that they told me to contact merchant, guess what it’s been a month already while merchant said they are checking with H/O to confirm if the order wasn’t shipped! Now I can’t even close the card because I still owes them R2200 for a order I didn’t get
