Stay away from Game, horrible return service.

I received a call from Game on the 26 May at 16.29 and the social media lady who called me was utterly rude, speaking over me. I literally had to say hello a lot of times for her to stop and listen, She said they have made an arrangement for the desk to be collected and she will send me the details on hellopeter, I told her to send an email or sms instead and she said it was not possible, since I started via hellopeter they will talk to me via hellopeter. I repeated myself again that she should send details of collection via email or sms and she rudely repeated her statement. I had to cut the call as I was not going to do the back and forth with her. Details were sent via email, I don't know by what miracle as it was said that it is impossible, she confirmed they were collecting the following day. I rep**** that it won't be possible as I am at work from 8 to 4.30 and she did not confirm with me first if am okay with the arrangement nor confirm the address. They said I will have to either bring it or give a date during the week to collect. I sent them an email weekend and advised they can collect Monday they adivesd they can't as they only got my email that Monday apparently they not working weekends and advised they can collect Tuesday again not asking but telling I rep**** to do Wednesday instead as Tuesday was a full day for me. Till now no reply from a mail that was sent Monday and I did advise today is the last available day for me otherwise weekend. I can not even begin to express the inconvenience and tall this has taken on me. I'm beyond angry, it's really disgusting that you spend so much money to get this type of service. I won't even go to game for a bottle of water.
