Stay away from GAME Fleurdal in Bloemfontein

On Saturday we visited Game Store Fleurdal looking to buy TV set. On the day we did not have TV License and arrange to come back the following day. Adelle suggested she will keep the TV set for us provided we get to the store before 12:00 Pm on Sunday. Sunday we get to the store Lenet said he will assist because Adelle is not available. He was busy with the client and decided to wait for him. Only to find out he was busy selling the TV we wanted . We tried to understand what was happening. The level of unprofessionalism and Lack of customer experience in the environment is sickening. We insisted to see the manager and the guy by the name of Walter Manyama tried to intervene and he did a very bad job at it. He propose we buy one on display and will give us discount of R250. I WILL NEVER SET MY FOOT IN THAT STORE EVER AGAIN!!!!!
