Stay away from GAME!!!

DON’T BUY FROM GAME IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I have purchased three large appliances from Game Empangeni over the last couple of weeks. Two had to be returned and my cost – a waste of R1400 in transport between the two products. According to the CPA they are legally responsible for these costs – they deny that.

They advertise on their website free delivery for any product over the value of R450 – that doesn’t exist at their Empangeni store! The manager is not really interested in what you have to say.

Then the time is consumes – you cannot put a value on time. I had to cancel all plans I have for the past two Saturdays because I had to return Items to Game and believe me that takes time!

Rather spend a little more and get a quality undamaged product form a quality retailer rather than to buy form the store that will beat any price but do not care about the condition or quality of the product they supply!

Be warned! Terrible and expensive experience – Really not worth it. Even though Game Empangeni is across the road from my word – they will NEVER see me again.
