statement for June and show me where is that refund

in my game card there was a ***** of R1000.00 on the 30/04/2019 ,the Game says they refunded me in June 2019 but i do not beleave them because i see no diference, when i as for the statement for June 2019 they do not want to sent it to me, i do not know why because without that statement i will never beleave that they did refund me .please give that statement for *** so that i can see that refund you tell me about and stop lying to your clients and if you did not refund me please refund, it was not me who did that purchase for R1000.00 on the 30/04/19 shoprite
