I went there to return the items I bought which were not working, knowing that I was going to get assistance by means of exchange or refund. Instead a guy call called Xolelizwe Sigedeni **** and said there was an item missing and all to find out there was no item missing but allowed the matter to escalate. He then apologized later and the ladies who were at counter refused to refund to me. Then came a lady who was extremely rude to me cutting me off as I was explaining the matter to her (Sameera Hermans). Instead of them taking accountability they said to me I should wait for the supplier to assess all the products, mind you people are getting exchanges and refunds right infant of me with similar issues. I felt undermined and discriminated against. If you want a good appliance, check somewhere else. SPENDING YOUR MONEY AT GAME IS UNNECESSARY STRESS AND IF YOU DON'T MEET A CERTAIN CRITERIA BEST BELIEVE YOU WILL BE DESCRIMINATED AGAINST.
