Staff use store as their own party spot

Today we went to Game Liquor Ladysmith. The music is turned up so loud that I have to scream at my husband for him to hear me. He couldn't answer a business call in the store, because it sounds like we are in the club. On top of that the cashier thinks this store is her own personal concert hall- singing at the top of her lounges to already deafening music. This is the third time we experience this and we have complained every time- this is a liquor store where some of the clientele are decent- not a backyard tavern
