STAFF HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING

I have often noticed how people have complained about Game in Somerset Mall, never took notice until I went into Game to purchase a cordless phone / answering machine, Kreeply for my pool and a new vacuum cleaner. I proceeded to section where they sell the phones and asked the lady wearing her Game Uniform ( has a mole next to her nose) for help, Told her I called to ask if they have stock of the Bell phone and was told there is plenty in stock, she told me \I don't know, go ask in the back\" shocked by her rudeness I walked to the back & stood for 5 minutes, no assistance , but staff members laughing and joking, I commented \"does anyone work here\" all just stopped looked and carried on, Went back to where phones were went through all the Bell phones opened boxes and and read manuals, I found what I was looking for. First lady comes back to me gives me a phone and says this is the one. I asked does this have a answering machine she said yes, which was not the correct one, the one I found was correct. Then I went to find a creepy..no help, then to find vacuum cleaner ...no help!. . only purchased the phone & left!! I will never ever return to this store. VERY BAD SERVICE,"
