Staff chansing away clients at Game Somerset Mall

RE: Game Somerset Mall The email address supp**** on the website for the manager and sales are clearly only a suggestion, as we send numerous emails to both email addresses requesting price and availability of a item we definitely wanted to buy. We called the store, they confirm receipt of emails and will get back to you, but never do. After 3 weeks of reminding and asking for answers I went to the store. They advised that the item is in stock but if we want to purchase this as Somerset Mall, we will need to drive to Airport Industrial alone to collect. They also can't say which other game store have the stock in store. Without finishing my sentence, the sales person just walks away. I decided to google number of other stores and called them from my phone, as the sales person is clearly not helping. I opened the item on the floor I was looking at, and saw that the floor model is a faulty item a client returned with all the clients personal details inside. So after being on the phone for 10 minutes, the sales person came back to me and told me that Tafelberg Furnishes have stock and I should rather go and buy it from them. Telling this to the sales person at Tafelberg and was informed that this is not the first time clients were told in game to go to their competitors store, as the staff is not willing to help the client. I will advise anyone not to buy at Game, as if this is the attitude when you want to purchase a item, what will their attitude not be when you want to return it?
