*********** staff at Game store west street.

I am so disappointed with the service at Game in west street in Durban. I bought an air cooler, I raised a concern with the gentleman assisting on the floor that the box of the one air cooler was opened and asked him to close it but to check it first, he dismissed me said the security downstairs will close the box upon exiting and he did not check it. This is lunch time today. I get home open the unit only to find out that the water tanker is missing, not inserted in the unit. Now I have to use my petrol taking this back and having to deal with Games staff that is so rude. I am truly not happy with this as it something that could have been prevented with competent staff.
