Springs Mall Game very poor service & very rude staff

Hi, I wanted to buy a Mainstays – 5 piece luggage online. When I called the Game, they said I can call Springs store to place an order. Then I called the store & they said on the floor its R1600. But I must come with the link/online price to buy it for R1279.

Then I went on the 19th Nov around 2pm. I found a very rude lady by the name of Ella who’s Sales Floor Manager. She dismissed me that she isn’t going to give me the luggage for R1279, but only R1600. She said they don't deal with online, she was rude and selfish. The special end on the 19th Nov 19 & I want to buy it on as soon as possible. Please assist urgently.

In the addition, the Springs mall receptionist is rude & doesn’t respond on time. When you want to speak to the manager, the manager or sales floor manager it just rings unanswered. Is this a Game shop or some ****a phone shop as service very very poor.
