I would just like to thank Elvisa for her speedy and friendly reply to my stock inquiry - after a week of terrible service from other companies she is truly a shining star in the unfriendly chaos that is customer service in South Africa.<br> <br> Elvisa, thank you for your friendliness and timely reply - something that is very rare these days.
