Specials Advertised, But No Stock (Twice now)

For the second time now, I've popped into your Canal Walk branch based on your brochure, only to be disappointed that you have no stock. Seems to affect either the multi buy or combo buy offerings. Two weeks ago it was the multi buy tuna special, and today it was the combo handy andy/sunlight refills. I don't understand why you'd be offering these specials when you don't have stock? Last time I inquired about the tuna, a staff member said the stock actually never arrived ! And that special was ending in 2 days time. I am aware of your 'rain checks', but that takes too long to organise.
