Specials??

I tried to purchase a double deal during the birthday special at Game Potchefstroom. I completed the forms and submitted all relevant documentation. They never contacted me. When I went to the store to ask, they said they had a system issue and could not capture any contracts. I contacted Game head office to make sure that I was not being **** to instore (maybe the employees wanted to gatekeep specials for themselves) I received no help from anyone. The specials have since ended and I was not contacted to collect my documentation, which I do want back since they never used it.

I feel like the specials were just a ploy to get more traffic in the store.
