Spam and more spam, never ending
I keep on getting spam calls from RCS on behalf of Game stores. I've told them literally more than 10 times now I'm not interested and they should stop calling me. Blocking the number doesn't work as they just call from a different number in the future. I'm now contacting Game direct as this is violation of laws covered in ECTA 2002, CPA 2008 and POPIA 2013.

Apologies for missing the call, I was driving. There's really no need to call me though, I just need to stop getting spam calls from RCS and Game. I've told them several times to stop calling me and take my name off the database (which is my right in accordance with the law), and they still refuse. RCS does not respond, but they say they are calling on behalf of Game Stores, so I am asking you directly. It was fine the first time. The second time it was annoying and after that it just got rude. This has been going on since August, with 3 to 4 calls a week, so I'm really sick and tired of it by now.
I hope you can resolve this ASAP.
