SORT THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Hello Peter l, I am utterly disgusted with the service I recieved from this store. Last week they where supposed to dispatch my tablet they didn't only on Friday they said they didn't have any stock. On Saturday I went there only to find that they have always had stock. Till today I'm still waiting for my delivery I'm not getting any feedback what so ever! Even though I had left my contact details with the Sales Manager who said he will give them to the admin manager. What kind of service are you giving your customers a simple phone call telling me what you found wouldn't hurt no one. To top it all up no one ever answers their switch board even the liquor store doesn't pick up so it impossible to get hold of them.
