Sony sound Bar

I bought a Sony sound bar system at Game Craddle stone in June 2020, the sub woofer packed, I took it it as it had a warrantee, upon arrival at the store I was told to contact Game head office as I didn’t have proof of purchase, I then produced my bank statement which served as prof of purchase. I was told to contact Game head Office in KZN which archives the proof of purchase, it’s now been 5 weeks doing the same exercise. I call head office every. Second day and they keep insisting on giving me a reference number which I always supply them with the initial one that was given. The sound system is almost out of warranty. They are *********** and they keep taking me from pillar to post.
