Sons birthday ruined by Game stores and it is not the first time

So I received a call from THABO yesterday saying sorry ….is that how its dealt with…what happens moving forward , what assurance that I have that my painful 8 years exp will end.

On Sunday 26/11/2017 I went to Game mall of Africa to buy an xbox.

I made it very clear that it is to be picked up in Jeffreys Bay. Now every year I purchase gifts for my son to be picked up, one is for his birthday which is today and the next time is for Christmas. This has been ongoing for 8 years. And every year without fail there is always a problem. Hi granny travels all the way from Joubertinah to go and collect it Yesterday she was told that it wasn’t at Jeffreys Bay, she spent over an hour in the shop. I had to also try and sort it out from Johannesburg. It is my sons birthday today (will send the birth certificate if needed) and he has no gift.

Thabo put the xbox for port Elizabeth and not Jeffreys bay and then some woman in Jeffreys Bay refused to assist so they left empty handed. And now I have my 8 year old little boy in tears, you need to understand my level of anger. I want to know what is been done, I want this escalated. Game is a huge store and how do I really face such issues every single year this is completely unacceptable.
