Somerset West GAME store - AVOID

Having bought the odd item over the past years from GAME, I though buying an ice maker there might be ok. Oh now! The last straw. Please go buy your products somewhere else, use a decent brand and even if you pay more, you will get a better product and service. Avoid GAME asap!<br> <br> I bought a very nice looking LOGIK ice maker from them in 2014 and now had to return as it suddenly stopped working after 18 months. Havent even use it much. So was told they have to sent it off for repairs (locally, 1 hour away) and then pay for it. Hard to swallow but even worse finding out I will have to pay R250 regardless if I want it back. Was told it will take 4-6 days and they will let me know via SMS whats wrong and the costs. Now, 10 days later I went back and nothing! They didn't even bother sending it out on the day I took it there, only a few days later and now they say it will take 21 days.What a waste of my time. After waiting and waiting, it seems nobody did anything to my ice maker and nobody really cares. So now demanded my ice maker back asap and not paying for anything since they haven't done anything. Will fix it myself or find someone else.<br> <br> ******* utter ******* store. Never again
