Someone elses order delivered to me

Ordered essential groceries over a week ago and received a delivery yesterday only to note that the delivery contents were not what I ordered, not even similar. It was completely the incorrect order and the invoice attached inside the box revealed that it was someone elses order, however, the delivery address on the box itself was made out to me, hence why I received it. I have been ordering online from various e-commerce sites, and this is the first time something like this has happened. I have sent an enquiry around this and to date have not received any response.
