I’m writing to commend these x3 women Tamlyn Lockman, Mithasha Somaroo and Felicia Captain who just did not give up on me receiving my refund from Game just to appreciate their dedication to their work, continuous communication, commitment to solving the problem. If it weren’t for you ladies I wouldn’t have received my money back simply because you remained focused on solving the issue and keeping the customer continuously in the loop and the level of patience you exuded is exceptional. Thank you after many months I finally put this issue to bed with fair resolution because of your efforts!
