Sold me a returned tv and pretended it s new

I went to Game in George on Saturday, 25th Nov. Bought 3 tv's (2x 40 inch and 1x 49 inch), a 4-in-1 printer, a security door as well as other smaller items. Brenden said he will check for stock at the back, disappeared for a while and then started helping another customer! After about 10 minutes I called someone else who assisted me in a very helpful manner. I was told they will load the 3 tv's, printer and sec. gate on a big trolley and take it to the cashier. Brenden appeared again, (I realised later so that he can get credit for the sale). Yesterday I asked my builder if he could fit wall brackets so that I can use the tv's since I am paying a hefty fee for my DStv premium subscription. We noticed all the tape on the lid of the 49 inch smart tv box and upon lifting the tv out saw the accessories just lying loose on the bottom. I phoned the George branch and was put through to Annie who told me she is not an expert on tv's and she will contact me today with feedback. Since when do you need to be a tv expert to see the box was resealed, or the booklet is filthy, or the mouse clearly show dirty fingerprints, or to know that accessories should be in sealed plastic bags and the cord tied together? I did not open the other 2 tv's. I will be returning all 3 and then I am going to buy 3 tv's at Kloppers. I am disgusted and surely this is *****? Sedgefield is not just around the corner or down the street. It's also not just the inconvenience, travel time and petrol, it is also the petsitter that have to be paid. I moved here from Gauteng 3 weeks ago and have already bought lots of stuff from Game, including jewellery, but now I will rather spend my money at Kloppers and elsewhere.
